From your Windows account, open the registry editor by going to Start Menu > Run > and then typing “regedit”. Note that when the notification area from the Taskbar, it will disable both the notification area app icons and system icons, and their settings if available. Click on Start button. We have windows 7 Pro installed on the computers. I've researched this issue and tried all the fixes, recommend. I've deleted iconcache file and reset the display settings.
