Dec 01, 2015 · So i was helping this user with "No internet" issue. I had user ping www.google.com, failed; Had user ping 8.8.8.8, success. Does it mean there is something wrong with DNS? User was still unable to access Internet? Anyone would like explain a bit more why user was able to ping 8.8..8.8, but not www.google.com?
