Accessing Outlook 2003 Contacts address book in Word 2003
I am using Outlook 2003 and have a huge list of contacts in my contacts list. I want to send e-mails but cannot add any of these contacts to the address book so to send an e-mail to a contact I have to open the contact in the contact list, right click and click, 'send message to contact'. Multiple Contacts Folder Different types of contacts can be grouped separately in Outlook Address Book. One set of contacts can be easily exported from one device to another. 3. Large Contact Notes Samsung Galaxy has shorter contact notes when compare to Outlook 2016 / 2013 / 2010 / 2007 / 2003 / 2000. Outlook gives larger contact notes of out so I can't remove it. After some experimenting here's the solution I came up with; highlight all your contacts in OL 2003 select 'Actions' at the top and then scroll down to 'Forward vCard'.
