When finished it formats the screen to be about ¼-⅓ size always the top left side. My prime video channel has not worked for a week. All other ROKU streaming channels work fine. I tried the Amazon chat help to be totally useless. I can’t even find under my account on line, when my Prime Status expires! That includes making purchases.
